Our Returns Policy

In-store and online purchases can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

Returns

All full priced clothing items purchased from Hijab House can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date.

Non-Returnable

Due to their nature or hygiene restrictions, Hijab House cannot return the following items:

  • Hijabs
  • Caps
  • Pins
  • Scrunchies
  • Turbans
  • Hijab Rings
  • Hijab Accessories
  • Gift Vouchers

Sale items purchased from Hijab House cannot be refunded but may be returned for an exchange or credit note.  

Conditions & Processes

Products must be in their original condition and unworn. All tags must still be attached.

To return an item from an online purchase, you must log in to your online account and create a return through our returns centre. Only items that have been issued a code through our returns centre will be processed. Online purchases may be returned instore for an exchange or credit note only.

Instore purchases cannot be returned or exchanged online. All instore purchases can only be returned instore with a valid store receipt within 14 days of the purchase date. All refunds can only be made to the same payment method as the original purchase. For example, if purchase was made via credit card the refund must be made on the same card.
For refunds, we will return the funds to your original payment method once we receive your items and process the return. Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to be processed.

For exchanges, we will issue you with an exchange voucher once we receive your goods and have processed the return. This voucher will be used to purchase a new item from our online store and is valid for 12 months. If you have any issues with your exchange voucher you can contact us here. Please note, exchange vouchers do not include the cost of return postage.
Please keep in mind that any Hijab House products that were purchased from our stockists must be returned to the stockist they were originally purchased from. This includes faulty returns.

While our team works effortlessly to assist you and ensure returns are processed quickly, please note that there may be delays processing returns during busy periods.

Faulty Returns

We do our best to ensure our products are of the best quality. In the event of a faulty item, we may choose to repair the product, provide a replacement product, or provide a refund of the original purchase amount (except if the purchase was made using a credit note).

When do items need to be returned by?

You are able to return any items within 14 days of the original purchase date. This period excludes shipping transit time.

Items need to be returned to 12/46 Wellington Road Granville NSW 2142. A complimentary return sticker will be included in your order with our returns address on it. Please make sure you visit our returns centre here before sending your goods back to us otherwise we may not be able to process your return. We also recommend that you send your items back with a trackable service.

To return an item, visit our returns centre here.  Make sure you are logged in to your online account.  Follow the prompts on the returns centre page to exchange or return an item.  You will then be given a returns code.  This code should be written on your returns slip which is also included in your order.  You are then able to return the item back to us.  Please note, all return postage costs must be paid for by the customer.  We also advise that you send back your returns with a trackable service to avoid any delays for your refunds and credits.   

Return postage fees are to be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of postage on any orders unless goods supplied are faulty or incorrectly provided.

You may return an online purchase instore for an exchange or credit note. We do not refund online purchases at our stores. Instore exchanges must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Items will not be accepted for return if they are stained, worn, soiled or modified from their original condition.
